We firmly stand behind all of our salon services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can help you. Any adjustments will be honored a week from your appointment date.

 

 


Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to check-in, run to the restroom, and find your hair inspiration.


Due to other clients trying to relax and enjoy their services, we ask you to refrain from bringing your children to your appointment UNLESS they also have an appointment.
 


If you are unable to make an appointment, please give us a 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment without a 24 hour notice we reserve the right to take your credit card and charge 50% of your services.
 




All sales of hot tools, hair brushes, hair accessories & cosmetics are final. No returns and no exchanges.
