Policies

Arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to check-in, run to the restroom, and find your hair inspiration.

Children

Due to other clients trying to relax and enjoy their services, we ask you to refrain from bringing your children to your appointment UNLESS they also have an appointment.

Redo

We firmly stand behind all of our salon services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can help you. Any adjustments will be honored a week from your appointment date.

Cancellation

Clients must cancel their appointment 24 hours prior to their scheduled time. Not confirming appointments does not automatically cancel the appointment, please cancel through text or phone. If clients cancel within 24 hours we will charge the card 50% of the booked service. If clients no show their appointment we will charge the card on file for 100% of the booked service.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash for payment.

Returns/ Refunds

All sales of hot tools, hair brushes, hair accessories & cosmetics are final. No returns and no exchanges.
